  1. Cook Beef by adding chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water for 8 to 10 whistles in a pressure cooker.
  2. Open the lid of the pressure cooker after the pressure is released and dry the gravy and form a thick mixture.Stirr at intervals.
  3. Pour ½ cup Oil into the mixture and stir well and let the heat in simmer mode.
  4. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves and switch off the fire.
  5. Serve it with chappathy,Porota or any other dinner items….
