iMarinate chicken pieces with turmeric powder, chili powder and salt.
Heat a frying pan and fry the chicken in oil. Remove the chicken pieces from oil after frying.
Sauté sliced onion and green chilly in that oil until brown color.
Put ¼ tsp turmeric powder and ¼ tsp chili powder and salt in it. Stir well and switch off the flame.
For the base
Grind bread slices by cutting the sides, egg, milk, a pinch of pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt in a blender. Just 1 or 2 pulse is enough.
Heat a nonstick deep bottom vessel and pour 1or 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp ghee.
Pour the grinded mixture into it.
Put the onion masala over it.
Put crushed chicken pieces over the mixture.
Decorate it with sliced cucumber, onion and tomato over it.
Close the vessel with a lid and cook it for almost 5 minutes.
