India carrot pudding is a simple dessert that resembles almost no dessert you find in the western world. Carrots grated very fine, are stew in milk and then spiced with the typical warmth of India. Finally cherry and cashews are folded in like jewels waiting to be discovered. For its simplicity, it’s an impressive treat. Here comes again a sweet pudding, carrot pudding. This is a sweet dessert pudding associated mainly with North India. This is so sweet with milkmaid, milk and of course carrot. This delicious, rich pudding loaded with nuts and cherries is well known all over the world. It’s definitely not a diet food.
Not your everyday dessert chock full of carrots with exotic spices and cashews. Guests will rave for this new dessert that even kids will crave. Normally eaten chilled carrot tastes really good combined with vanilla ice cream. It can be served either as a savory or as a sweet dessert.
