This Kerala style chicken curry is special. Now let’s have a look at the ingredients. You need chicken as the main ingredient, then tomato, onion, garam masala, curry leaves. There are tons of different variations to how chicken curry is prepared in Kerala but this type of chicken curry is most common and loved by all.
Subtle and succulent chunks of chicken simmering leisurely in feast gravy which sends off an inviting aroma that just cannot be ignored. The spark of desi spices, tender textures, deep flavors and perfumed aromatics- there's a lot to look forward to. A chicken curry is an ultimate crowd pleaser and an absolute must have on an Indian dinner party menu.
When it’s cold outside and if you're looking for piping hot dinner ideas, this chicken recipe is a pretty good bet. You'll find something delicious to please the family including classic chicken soup. While the roasted chicken is filling the kitchen with the delicious aroma consider making a tasty vegetable side dish to serve with it. The curry is spicy and intense and goes great with milder mains like appam, idiyappam, chapatti, dosa, porotta. I also love this chicken curry with a simple vegetable pulao.
