  1. Make slits on the chicken drumsticks.
  2.  
  3. Mix the chicken thoroughly with  Pepper powder, lemon juice, garlic paste, both sauces, whisky or orange juice, honey and salt. (see ingredients for marinating)
  4.  
  5. Marinate the chicken in the above mixture and keep for 3 to 4 hours.
  6.  
  7. Dip this marinated chicken in the beaten egg and then roll it in the bread crumbs and fry it in hot oil and serve
