Eggs are always stuffed in your fridge, then what waiting for..?? Open you fridge take 2 eggs and start preparing for your evening snack. This recipe was when I went to my friend’s house and she made something very immediately which was sweet and yummy too. I tried it at my home, my husband liked it, whenever we sat for tea,  I usually prepare muttayappam it is too easy and yummy too.

    You can serve it as your evening snack. You can even store it for some days. Children will love this snack, and even if they ask for more, never mind you can prepare more as it is easy and very sweet. You can prepare it whenever you are free, you can pass your time by making simple and sweet dish very easily and very fast.   1.  Mix maize ,egg, sugar, salt and cardamom in a bowl.
  2. You can mix it with your fingers or with a spoon and form a thick mixture.
  3. Heat a kara or unniyappam vessel [a pan for frying a kind of cake] over fire.
  4. Pour oil in the holes of the kara and heat.
  5. Pour a scoop of egg-maize mixture into each holes of the kara.
  6. Turn over the other side when one side becomes golden color.
  7. Cook the other side until it becomes brownish color and remove from the oil buy using a spoon.
  8. Put it in tissue paper for drying the oil from it.
