  1. Heat a vessel and pour coconut water(1 cup) and soak gelatin in it.Melt the gelatin / china grass.
  2. Let it cool for some time.
  3. Pour coconut milk  and condensed milk in it.Stir well.
  4. Take a pudding tray and pour the mixture in it. 
  5. Put tender coconut scrapes in it and allow it to set for a while.
  6. Decorate it with cashew nuts.
  7. Cool it in refrigerator and serve it by cutting into pieces.
